Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY Full payment is due prior to the initial session of the Plan. This plan must be completed within a 1 month. Unfulfilled sessions remaining after this period will be cancelled. A refund will not be issued. RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY Rescheduling requires a minimum of an hour notice to avoid charges for that session. Clients will be given a 25min training voucher and the option to reschedule the missed session if a trainer cancels less than an hour before the session begins. If there is a disruption in your training, for a valid reason, please contact your Personal Trainer to place your Plan on hold.
